Hello and Welcome to Pack 254 WebsiteMy name is Robb Baker and the current Cubmaster of Pack 254. I have 2 sons and a beautiful wife. My oldest son went into scouting and it was not for him. That was my "doing". He is currently a senior at West High School with a high GPA and getting ready for college. A great kid and one that I am very proud of. I regret my lack of involvement then and have taught him many of the scouting lessons in time. My younger son is a Wolf heading into a Bear and has been a scout now for 2 years and loves it. That was my "doing". He also is a great kid that I am very proud of. I give you these two scenarios because I know from experience about scouting and involvement. I was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout achieving a First Class Rank. That was not my "doing" but it is my legacy in scouting as a boy. I had good leaders. I come from a single parent family (mother) and she got me in scouting. Thank you Mom. Thank you for getting me into the scouts. My sincere mission for this pack, my son as well as yours, shall be to provide that support for our den leaders but more importantly support the key to success. The key to success as a scout is "The Parent/Family involvement". So Get Involved. You will look back and be proud you did. Thank you for the privilege.
